Pee Wee

Little Pee Wee is an interesting silkie chicken. She is still living, and she currently acts like a rooster. A common problem with silkies is their eggs getting “stuck.” When this happens, they are unable to lay eggs, and it causes lethargy and infections and can result in death. Pee Wee had an egg stuck, stopped laying eggs, and managed to get better without perishing. This damaged one of her ovaries, which resulted in a hormone imbalance, making her act like a rooster. She no longer lays eggs, and she crows 🤣.
Children
PeeWee hatched and raised six babies, and we’re unsure which ones are her biological children. Marge and Blue definitely act just like her 🤣.
